A Cincinnati-based subdivision developer that owns communities in Southern Ohio and Louisville has a new project in the works.

Inverness Homes filed a subdivision application with Louisville Metro & Planning Services this week seeking approval for the development of a 321-lot subdivision on about 116 acres of vacant land at 1313 Johnson Road.

The agricultural land about 3 miles from Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville’s East End and is owned by the Margaret Kleinert Trust of Sellersburg, Ind.
