Hedge fund manager and Miami Worldcenter co-developer William C. Powers sold an oceanfront mansion in Delray Beach for $26.75 million to a company tied to wealthy private equity investor Wayne Rothbaum.

A trust in the name of Powers sold the 17,217-square-foot mansion at 901 S. Ocean Blvd. to QCRE VII LLC, an affiliate of New York-based Quogue Capital, the biotech investment firm founded by Rothbaum in 2002. The price equated to $1,554 per square foot.
