Sales of luxury properties on Oahu — defined as single-family homes and condominiums selling for $1.5 million and more — nearly doubled in April, when compared to the same month in 2017, according to a report by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.

The number of luxury properties that sold last month increased by 76 percent to 60 homes, from 34 in April 2017, the report said.
