It’s a segment of the housing market that doesn’t always catch the most attention, but right now it’s hard to ignore: senior living.

As the Baby Boomers have aged, so too has the demand for senior living options increased. According to CBRE’s Senior Housing & Care Market Insight from the first quarter of 2018, Baby Boomers will all hit age 65 by 2029, and by then, they’ll be more than 20 percent of the entire U.S. population.
