A property in the Nuuanu Valley above Honolulu that was once owned by King Kamehameha III and has been in the same family since the 1880s is set to be sold by Concierge Auctions later this month.

The 2.32-acre estate on Nuuanu Pali Drive, adjacent to the Luakaha Falls, is being sold as one property, or as three separate parcels, with no reserve. Concierge Auctions will open the online auction on Sept. 25 and end it on Sept. 28.
